Children’s Liturgy is back! At this time, we are only able to offer it at the 9am Mass, but with your help, we can expand it to the 11am. We are currently in need of adult and teen (8th-12th grade) volunteers.
WHAT is Children’s Liturgy of the Word? This is an opportunity during Mass for children (ages preK – 2nd grade) to hear and understand the Gospel message in language that is suitable to their age and how it pertains to them in their own lives. Children are dismissed before the first reading and return to church for the Liturgy of the Eucharist.
2 ADULT VOLUNTEERS are needed to lead Children’s Liturgy of the Word (resources, support, training, and lots of info provided). Teen volunteers also are needed to help with interaction with the children.
