Ages: Children must be 4 years old by 8/31/25, and no older than entering 6th grade in the fall of 2025.

More information: An email containing more information will be sent in early May. Packets with t-shirts, schedules, and more will be ready for pick-up in mid-May.

Teen Volunteer Application Information

Thank you for your interest in volunteering to help with Vacation Bible School 2025! Our program will take place June 2-5 at Corpus Christi School; volunteers will serve from 5:30pm-8pm each night.

In order to provide the best experience for everyone involved with VBS, we have reworked certain areas of our programming. Due to these changes, we are expecting to receive more applications than positions available for teen volunteers. Filling out the application does not guarantee receiving a volunteer position.

Application Procedures:

  • We will accept applications through Sunday, May 4th.
  • The teen applying is expected to fill out this application to the best of their ability.
  • You will receive an email during the week of May 5th notifying you of your assignment to a particular position or to the waiting list.
  • If you are offered a position, you must reply and accept it by Monday, May 12th. If we do not hear from you by this date, we will offer the position to someone else.

Adult (18+ years old) Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming an adult volunteer for Vacation Bible School! Assignments will be emailed out in early May. We do our best to accomodate everyone’s first choice.

VBS will take place June 2-5 at Corpus Christi School (1909 E. Lincoln St., Bloomington). Volunteer hours are 5:30-8pm each night.

Packets with detailed information and t-shirts will be available to pick up in mid-May.
