Meeting Room Reservations

WARNING

While our parish staff will attempt to take appropriate precautions consistent with the advice of public health authorities, parishioners and guests should understand that they assume the risk of contracting COVID – 19 anytime they enter a public space since such precautions do not eliminate the risk of infection.

Whether you need a meeting room for 5 people, or space for a larger group St. Patrick Church of Merna may have the Catholic meeting space you are looking for.  Individuals or groups that reserve space in our facilities will be required to complete an electronic room request form.

Certain spaces are available with audio and visual support for an additional fee.

Catering is not available on-site; caterers are companies that have a license for off-site catering and will need to provide a certificate of insurance.  However, to assist in your event, a small prep kitchen is available for a minimal fee.

Depending on your affiliation with the parish, fees are assessed to cover the expenses related to set up, clean up, replacement/repair of tables, chairs, and equipment along with electricity, heating, and cooling.
