  1. Fill out the online form HERE or download, print, & fill out the order form below.
  2. For your engraving, you are allowed ONLY 14 CHARACTERS PER LINE and 2 LINES PER BRICK. Please note: PERIODS, COMMAS, & BLANK SPACES are considered “characters”.
  3. Mail or drop off  $50.00 check payable to: St. Patrick Church of Merna to complete your order.
